Nicol & Co. wins gold award for sales in Lettings
Award-winning Worcestershire estate agency Nicol & Co. has been doing it again – winning awards!
The county’s most popular residential agent has won a Gold Award for Sales and a Gold Award for Lettings and a listing in the Best Estate Agent Guide after being assessed alongside 99.6% of estate agents in the country.
The awards will be presented to managing director Matt Nicol and the team at the EA Masters, the most prestigious event in the UK estate agency calendar which includes a gala dinner celebration on 5 November at Evolution London in Battersea.
Last year, Nicol & Co. won the coveted title of Sales Agency of the Year, beating 13,080 estate agency firms nationwide, and went on to achieve a hat-trick, securing the titles of “Best Sales” and “Best Sales & Lettings” in the 2-5 Office categories.
This year’s conference will highlight the theme “Dare to Win”, focusing on “taking smart risks, challenging the status quo” and challenging agents to push themselves out of their comfort zone to achieve incredible results.
Matt Nicol said: “This is continuing recognition of the results our incredible team has achieved despite a challenging year with interest rates very much in the fore, and further regulation of the lettings industry frequently in the headlines.

And for every property sold, Nicol & Co. donates £100 to the school or local community organisation of the seller’s choice.
Nicol & Co.’s Community Fund has now donated £70,050 to date since the fund was launched in in 2021 with over £12,000 donated in its first year.
In June 2023, Nicol & Co. orchestrated the “Big Worcestershire Garage Sale” which has grown from enabling 80 households to declutter and sell unwanted items to a massive increase in 2024 which saw more than 500 garage sales on a total of 125 streets in Droitwich, Worcester, Malvern and the surrounding areas on Saturday 8 June.
